eBay Proof of Delivery - Parcel Track website

Sometimes, eBay requests proof of delivery for selected orders. With our ParcelTrack tracking website, Profit Scraper can help you with providing proof of delivery to submit to eBay.

Please note: Profit Scraper can only provide proof of tracking, for orders placed via our full Auto Ordering feature. ( Find out more about Auto Ordering.)

Obtaining Proof of Delivery

There are two options to obtain proof of delivery
  1. Directly from the ParcelTrack tracking website
  2. From within your Profit Scraper membership area (allows you to upload a photo as proof of delivery)

Option 1 - Via ParcelTrack website

1
Visit our tracking website via  http://www.parceltrack.net/
2
Type the Amazon order id or the tracking code into the tracking box and click 'Track now'.

You will see a new window, showing the tracking information, as seen below.

The tracking link you can send to eBay will look something like the below and can be copied from the address bar in your browser:

Option 2 - Via Profit Scraper members area

1
Navigate to your Auto Ordering report via Reports > Auto Ordering.  (Make sure you are on the 'Completed Orders' tab.)
2
Find the order which you need to obtain tracking for via the search boxes. You could use the 'Sale Record', 'Buyer' or 'Store Order ID', or alternatively chose a date range to find the order.

Within the 'Actions' column, you will find a map pin icon, as seen below. This is where the tracking information can be obtained.
There are 3 possible scenarios:
The blue icon
Click this icon to manually generate the tracking information.
The orange icon
The icon turns orange once tracking information has been generated. Tracking is either automatically generated, 10 days after the order has been dispatched, or manually generated by clicking on the blue icon (see above).

The grey icon
This icon will show if tracking in unavailable. Unfortunately, Amazon has not provided any tracking information.
