Using the Profit Calculator

On the Profit Calculator page you can chose between two options.

Monthly Profit Calculator

1
Click on 'View Calculator' to open the calculator, then fill out the fields, as described below:
Target monthly profit
This is your desired net profit after all item fees, subscription fees and taxes.
Profit per item
This is your net profit per item. If you are already making sales, this will be pre-populated with your average profit per item (including AO fees and tax if applicable) in the past 30 days.
Profit Scraper subscription fee
This is your monthly Profit Scraper subscription fee.
Additional fees
This field is optional and can be filled with additional fees that you might have with third party tools, e.g. InkFrog / Crazy Lister etc.
2
Once the fields have been filled with your relevant data, click on Calculate.
3
You will now see the result populated on the right hand side of the page.
The total number of sales you need per day to achieve your desired monthly profit is highlighted in green. The result is based on 30 days, meaning in a 31 day month you will exceed your desired profit by 1 day's sales.
